There’s definitely some truth to the saying you may not end up where you thought you’d be, but you’ll end up right where you’re meant to be. After graduating from Pacific Lutheran University and a brief stint with a Honolulu advertising agency, Darrin was lured in to the hectic world of television by McHale VideoFilm in 1992.

Spending six years as McHale VideoFilm’s Operations Manager, Darrin’s interest to move on to less administrative type responsibilities took him to Shooters as Executive Producer.  His easy going manner combined with amazing organizational skills and 20 years of production experience help put the best creative and the highest level of production up on the screen.

Outside of work Darrin can be found spending time with his silky terrier Jiro, or hanging out with friends at some chic restaurant.

Darrin is also the Managing Director of the ‘Ohina Short Film Showcase.
